HAUNTED TRAIL RULES
THE HOLLOW is an intense outdoor experience. Please remain in the designated trail area at all times. Do not attempt to enter restricted zones or interact with the environment. Safety is paramount; follow all signage and staff instructions to ensure your journey remains cinematic and secure.
WEATHER POLICY
Due to the outdoor nature of our attraction, we are unable to guarantee entry during inclement weather. If the trail is closed due to rain, lightning, or high winds, we will issue a full refund to all tickets purchased for that day. We recommend checking our weather policy closer to your visit.
SECURITY & PARKING
Security is our priority. All guests must present a valid photo ID and a printed ticket upon entry. We provide secure parking for all visitors at the Montgomery Convention Center. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your timed entry to ensure a smooth and cinematic start to the night.
EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS

How do I get my tickets?
General Admission is $20. For a guaranteed entry time, purchase a $30 Fast Pass. Tickets are available for purchase online starting October 12th, 2026.
Is there a timed entry system?
Yes. To ensure maximum suspense and safety, we utilize a timed entry system. Fast Pass holders receive priority access to the trail at their selected time.
What should I bring to the trail?
Bring a flashlight, extra batteries, and a warm jacket. The trail is outdoor and atmospheric, with temperatures dropping significantly during the night.
Are there restrooms available?
Yes. Restrooms are located at the trail entrance and near the main parking area for your convenience during your visit.
Is the trail accessible for all guests?
The trail features uneven terrain and narrow paths. We recommend guests in wheelchairs or walkers contact us for specific accessibility information.
What happens if it rains?
The trail is weather-dependent. If heavy rain or thunderstorms are forecasted, we will notify guests via email and may close the attraction for safety.
